A little bit about myself.

I was born on January 28, 1960, in Waukegan, Illinois, and when I was two years old, my family moved to California. We first lived in Richmond, then Dublin and lastly Half Moon Bay. As an adult I have lived in Redwood City and San Mateo, California, where I have lived for the past 10 years. My parents moved to Ukiah and my brothers are scattered all over the place.

My family consists of my parents, five brothers (includes two foster brothers), and 18 nieces and nephews, including a grand-nephew and grand-niece.

How do I make my living?

I currently own a small transcription business, AEB Transcription, that specializes in verbatim transcription of investigative interviews for law enforcement agencies and attorneys.

I am also the Executive Secretary to the Director and Assistant to the Director of the San Mateo County Human Services Agency.

What do I do in my spare time?

• I volunteer as a docent at the San Francisco Zoo.
• Every Memorial Day I attend the Strawberry Music Festival.
• I enjoy the outdoors.
• I'm having fun learning about astronomy.
